Scientific leaders at NIBR mentor Innovation Fellows, through a robust curriculum, including a drug discovery and development boot camp and tailored rotations in scientific and business disciplines.\u00a0<br><strong>Novartis Discovery Postdoctoral Fellowship<\/strong><br>The\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.novartis.com\/our-science\/postdoc-program\/novartis-discovery-postdoctoral-fellowship\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Discovery Postdoctoral Fellowship<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0tackles key fundamental scientific questions with guidance from a NIBR principal investigator and an academic advisor where appropriate. Interdisciplinary projects bridge different disease areas or combine biology, chemistry and computational approaches.
