Also known as America&#8217;s Seed Fund, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mailonthemark.net\/t\/r-l-tliueo-udldhuhlkk-n\/\">SBIR\/STTR programs<\/a>\u00a0focus on next generation research and development. These programs are the largest source of early-stage funding in the country and provide over $4 billion to small businesses annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>UMaine Offers STEM Research And Career Exploration Course For High Schoolers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Maine will acquaint high school students with potential careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) throughout the five-week course,\u00a0<em>Introduction to Integrated Science and Career Exploration<\/em>.
