However, the workshop is limited to 20 participants reviewed in order of application completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The INBRE Bioinformatics Core will be offering the popular\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mdibl.org\/course\/minota-2021\/\">Maine INBRE Non-model Organism Transcriptome Analysis (MINOTA) Workshop<\/a>\u00a0this November 1-6. This year\u2019s workshop will be offered in a hybrid fashion, so that the majority of the work will be online with a culminating <strong>in-person session on Saturday, November 6 on the MDI Biological Laboratory campus.<\/strong> We will leave open the option of video-streaming this final session, if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, visit&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/mdibl.org\/course\/minota-2021\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/mdibl.org\/course\/minota-2021<\/a>MDI Biological Laboratory and the Maine INBRE program offer an online workshop entitled: \u201cMINOTA: Maine-INBRE Non-model Organism Transcriptome Analysis\u201d. This workshop will consist of pre-recorded lectures for asynchronous viewing, live discussion sessions via Zoom, and one in-person day to conclude the training. Online discussion sessions will be recorded and available post-session. Participants will be provided with additional online resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The enrollment process includes a complete application. Once reviewed for institutional affiliation, preparedness, and space availability, the applicant will be contacted by email. Accepted applicants will then receive a few short forms to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the workshop has filled, a wait list will be formed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions?
