She is one of more than 300 grant managers in the United States who have earned the prestigious designation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CGMS is a rigorous examination that provides a mechanism to measure judgment, application of knowledge, and problem-solving abilities in the full life cycle of grants management.
