The chapter, entitled, &#8216;Balancing security and the guest experience at sporting events&#8217;, was published in the Routledge Handbook of Sport Security (Hall, S., ed.). Within it, Gordon applies the experience design framework to the sportscape model in an effort to reframe the role of security in yielding marketing outcomes at elite sport venues.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Kiernan Gordon, Ph.D. also delivered two presentations last week at the annual meeting of the North American Society for Sport Management. One presentation, which is a solo project, was entitled, &#8216;A scoping literature review of neuroscientific analyses of the built environment for potential application to sport facility design&#8217;.
