The requirement that all students submit immunization records is mandated by State regulation. As a reminder, a failure to meet compliance protocols will interrupt a student’s ability to access their classes. For students to meet compliance, a current record of immunizations and proof of a physical exam administered within the last 12 months is required.
The current immunization record and proof of physical exam must be uploaded to Medicat, UNE’s patient portal, which can be found at https://une.medicatconnect.com/. If your student is having difficulty uploading these documents or has any questions, they’re invited to call the Student Health Center at 207-602-2358.
