Join us on October 20-21 for the Workforce Innovation Start Summit – a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about making a difference in their community. Students are welcome and will be assigned to team – for a chance to win $2k!
At this fun and interactive event, you’ll experience what it’s like to build a startup team and race to develop a concept—all with the support of experts and colleagues and fueled by good food! As a participant, you can expect to learn about design thinking and pitching, work with a team to create an innovative solution, and pitch to a panel of judges for your chance at a cash prize.
CHALLENGE STATEMENT:
How might we develop a new solution to a current workforce challenge — such as the workforce skills gap, competitive wages, employee burnout, affordable housing, childcare, or other pressing issue — in a way that benefits both employers and employees?
