UNE is partnering with the Roux Institute to sponsor an upcoming Start Summit on 9/29-30 – an opportunity for Portland community members to transform ideas into pitches. We hope you are as excited about this event as we are!
At this fun and interactive event, you’ll experience what it’s like to build a startup team and race to develop a concept—all with the support of experts and colleagues and fueled by good food! As a participant, you can expect to learn about design thinking and pitching, work with a team to create an innovative solution, and pitch to a panel of judges for your chance at a cash prize.
The winners receive $2000 and the second-place winners receive $1000.
Note: This is a free event and registration is required. You do not need any prior experience to participate. Participants who have won prior Start Summits will not receive cash prizes.
