Jennifer Mandel, Shannon Yarbrough, Cindy Stewart, and Kelly Duarte gave a talk, “Make the Student Your Partner: Collaborating to Increase Equity in Library Services,” at the annual New England Educational Assessment Network’s Fall Forum, on November 8, 2024, at The College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, MA. The talk centered on Library Services’ 2023-24 mini-grant project that entailed surveying students to make data-informed service improvements that will increase equitable access at the Library.
