Virtual event to focus on food insecurity, neighborhood food environment and implementation science research
Join NHLBI for a virtual nutrition research and implementation workshop on Sept. 21-23, 2021. The goal is to review the state of the science on food insecurity and the neighborhood food environment, identify research gaps and explore innovative research strategies that could inform policies and practices. Experts in these fields will come together for a series of panel discussions that address nutrition health disparities.
This online event is free and open to the public. Plus, attendees can network and participate in two virtual poster sessions highlighting innovative nutrition research to address food insecurity and neighborhood food environments.
