Tips for Neurodiverse Mentoring and Education | October 26, 3 – 4:30 via zoom | Hosted by NSF funded BIO-SENS project

A faculty training session that is being hosted by the National Science Foundation-funded BIO-SENS project. This 1.5 hour training is titled “Tips for Neurodiverse Mentoring and Education” will be held via Zoom on 10/26, 3-4:30pm.  More information can be found on the attached flyer. Registration is required here. The target audience is STEM faculty, but other faculty, administrators, and students are also welcome. 

What is BIO-SENS? 

BIO-SENS (Bio-Inspired On-demand Strategies for Engineering Nanostructured Sensors) is a National Science Foundation funded project that is developing biosensors to continuously monitor biomolecules in biomanufacturing processes. The ongoing research will be coupled with a multi-tiered workforce development plan integrated throughout the project that includes training for a new, diverse biotechnology workforce.
