Bioinnovations Symposium: Catalyzing Collaborations will showcase novel research on biomaterials for human health, bringing together academic scientists with industry. The symposium will be held June 11-12, 2024, in Manchester, NH, and will feature a tour of the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute’s BioFabUSA Tissue Foundry, as well as dozens of high-level technical talks.
On June 12, our keynote speaker, Dr. M. Selim Ünlü, will present, “Interferometric Reflection Imaging Sensor – A journey of innovation and entrepreneurship in an academic laboratory”. Here, we tell the story of innovation for a simple yet elegant technology – Interferometric Reflectance Imaging Sensor (IRIS), research and experiences of multiple generations of science and engineering students, starting with basic research with applications in mind, catching the entrepreneurship fever, benefiting from training opportunities and following their dreams to success stories.
