The “Maine Microscopy: Foundations and Fundamentals” course is being offered at the MDI Biological Laboratory from July 29 to August 6, 2024. This comprehensive course covers the latest in microscopy technology, data collection, image processing, and best practices for rigorous and reproducible imaging. Through expert lectures, hands-on exercises, and discussions, participants will gain invaluable skills to strengthen their research and accelerate discoveries.
One of the highlights is the ability to explore specific microscopes and techniques using your own samples during the last two days of the course. This hands-on experience is invaluable for reinforcing the learning and addressing your specific research needs.
With INBRE support, the course is being offered tuition-free (housing and meals are included; travel to MDIBL is not included).
