The INBRE Bioinformatics Core will be offering the popular Maine INBRE Non-model Organism Transcriptome Analysis (MINOTA) Workshop this November 1-6. This year’s workshop will be offered in a hybrid fashion, so that the majority of the work will be online with a culminating in-person session on Saturday, November 6 on the MDI Biological Laboratory campus. We will leave open the option of video-streaming this final session, if needed.
