DPT Poster Symposium | Dec. 8th, 2023, 5-7pm in Innovation Hall, Portland Campus

This event showcases poster presentations of third-year Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) student scholarship projects. These scholarly presentations are the culmination of the two-semester research and case report track that students complete under the mentorship of faculty in the D.P.T. program. The presentations are designed to model the presentations that occur at national meetings of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and each year several of these posters are accepted for presentation at these national conferences. The event also included a keynote address from Gwen Simmons, Esq, PT, OCS, FAAOMPT titled “Advocacy in the PT Profession”.

We would love to have you join, if your schedule permits.  I completely understand if your schedule is already booked and you aren’t able to join.  If you are able to join, please let me know because we would love to have you say a few words during the welcome part of the program.  Here is a brief schedule for you to see the outlined activities for the event.  Thank you!
