The second annual Maine Research Symposium will be held on the University of Maine Orono campus, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday; October 25, 26 & 27. This event is in partnership with the University of Maine – Institute of Medicine, JAX, MDI Biological Laboratory, MaineHealth, Northern Light Health, the Roux Institute, and the University of New England. This year’s symposium will be offering events on mental health, rural health, translational, and basic sciences in Collins Center for the Arts, the Hudson Museum, and Wells Conference Center. In addition, the 18th Annual University of Maine Clinical Geriatrics Colloquium will be holding their event on Wednesday, October 25 (located in Wells). Expect keynote addresses, faculty, industry and student speakers as well as poster presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and industry engagements.
