An updated Intellectual Property Policy (“Resolution Regarding Intellectual Property Policy”, Rev 5/12/20) has been posted to the OSP policies website at https://www.une.edu/research/office-sponsored-programs/policies-forms, along with its companion document, “Understanding UNE’s Student Intellectual Property Policy”. The latest minor changes were incorporated at the request of UFA for clarity. As always, we encourage the UNE community to familiarize itself with the policy, to make timely Invention disclosures, and to bring any questions related to the policy, or regarding IP in general, to Associate Provost for Research Karen Houseknecht (khouseknecht@une.edu) or to Nicholas Gere, Director of Research Administration (ngere@une.edu).
